In oktober 2018, a paint-by-numbers pattern was painted on a wall at the Tunnelweg in Nijmegen.
A contest was spread around the west of Nijmegen – the local residents were challenged to colour the paint-by-numbers pattern, and a design was selected by me to be painted onto the wall.
Fifty designs were handed in, by people ranging from 5 to 78 years old.
The winner of the design was Isis Rossen (8), chosen for her bright contrast of orange and blue, giving depth and brightness to the wall.
